Mobile Dispensing Station

Genuine single person loading allows the 205L drum to moved from vertical to horizontal for easy and safe handling.
The rotating lockable front castor allows this unit to be easily moved around you site in the horizontal position.

Manufactured from chemically resistant polyethylene, this unit will not rust or corrode and has a sump capacity to contain up to 230L of spill making it ideal for decanting 205L (44 gal) drums.

Poly Racker

The centerpiece of the Poly-Rack System is the Poly-Racker, a unique one-piece polyethylene rack that holds two 205 litre drums securely in place. A massive 400 litre containment sump ensures spill safety even in worst-case drum leaks. The deep decanting well easily holds 20 litre pails while containing incidental spills Poly-Rackers can be transported by forklift.

Drum Funnel for 205L Drums

Decanting from one container into 205L drums can be a difficult and messy operation. The Poly Drum Funnel is made from 100% polyethylene and sits securely on the top of open or closed top drums. The 56cm diameter provides a large surface area to accept liquids, leaving the operator to concentrate on the pouring process. It is perfect for draining oil filters into 205L drums.

The lid ensures that the drum will not fill with water if left in the weather. Also available without the lid.
